Well, I have decided to step away from this group that has gathered and grown to deal with this company. The reason is very simple, they are making it personal and rather than deal with real issues, they are choosing to take actions that are intended to punish and “hurt” (thru legal means) rather than get resolutions and deal with specific issues. Once you go down the path of getting personal and doing things that are just in bad taste, you cant return from that. I want to say I wish them luck, but, I can only do so with real issues.

I apologize for the delay, but, there are now a good size group of customers involved. So I have been instructed to not discuss the details online as we gather more complainants and information. This is far bigger than just me.
